A giant mooncake is on display at a food market in Shenyang, China on August 21, 2007. The enormous mooncake weighs 12.9 tons and measures 8.1 meters in diameter. The moon cake is a traditional food which Chinese people enjoy during the Mid-autumn Festival (the 15th day of the eight month on lunar calendar), which falls on Sep 25 this year.More pictures after the jump.
