Odd IT gadgets made from dead animals

Compubeaver
Mice mice
Ever heard of a mice mice or Compubeaver?

Artist and Compubeaver creator Kasey McMahon, 34, from Los Angeles, actually bought a beaver ready-stuffed and cut out the foam insides with an electric kitchen knife. And once she had cut space for the computer tower, she reinforced it with fibreglass to create the Compubeaver!

The mouse mouse, created by Christy Canida and Noah Weinstein, is made using the skin of a real mouse - bought (already dead) from a pet store in Berkley, where they kept frozen mice for feeding to snakes.

Using the bodies of dead animals as gadgets just gives me the creeps. So what's next? Turn your dead pet parrot into an alarm clock or TV remote? But one thing's for sure: I wouldn't want anyone to mess with my dead body, unless it's for a good cause!
