In Xi An, China, a portion of the walking path for the visually impared (see yellow lane in image) was so badly designed that it took a 12 year-old visually impaired kid 3 minutes and 42 seconds to complete walking this section, vesus walking in a straight path - which only took him 12 seconds to complete!Futhermore, this jaggered little "maze" made him dizzy and was too tiring on his legs, which made him come out with the conclusion: This path is provided not to help the visually impared, but rather to test their navigation skills!
On hearing the report, the governor of Xi An immediately requested that a new path is to be made to replace the "maze"!
