Pi played on the piano

Maths Pi
This piano piece was created by assigning notes to the digits 0 through 9 in the constant known as pi. Pi has no repetitive patterns, so the piece sounds random, but has a mathematical beauty all its own.

This gets a few geek points, but if you really want to score big you need to convert pi to base 8 and map the digits to an octave.

Then see what it sounds like in different keys!

Hmm... that's sounds like a good idea. It's definitely worth trying out if one has time to spare!
