Wedged somewhere between the worlds of weird hobbies and goatee-stoking high art is Bent Objects, a site that exhibits funky, satirical objects d’art by an eccentric American artist named Terry Border.
Using an ample supply of metal wires, trusty pliers, and everyday household products (be it a Campbell’s soup can, or a slice of Gardenia bread), Border—who holds Bachelor of Science degree in Fine Art Photography—crafts together a whimsical line of sculptures worthy of a curious second look, and a good laugh.
More pictures of his work after the jump.
