Frankly, I have tasted many delicacies, but I guess I can never bring myself to try out the "Crocodile head" delicacy that was prepared during a Zhejiang gourmet competition. Although it looks scary, the Chinese believe that crocodile meat can be used to cure minor ailments such as cough, asthma, rheumatism and diabetes! This also proves a saying that Chinese typically eat anything ranging from those that crawl on ground to those that fly in the air.In many countries, the crocodile is an endangered species, hence please don't try to prepare this dish at home!
