Colani Rotor House, a space-saving house with a built-in area of 36 square meters is designed by Luigi Colani. Although it do is indeed small, Colani managed to squeeze in a bedroom, a kitchen and a bathroom. This is achieved by using a rotary cylinder that allows one to use the remote to switch between kitchen, bedroom or bathroom.
