It would probably come as a surprise to you that the utensil as seen in the image is actually a frying pan. If you have limited storage in your kitchen, this would be a great addition. Just fold it up when not in use thus minimizing the space required. It is well suited for cooking omelettes, bacon, steak etc. The Scroll Pan comes in different shapes and sizes as well as cooking surfaces which are both heatproof and flexible.However, it will be pretty useless when it comes to cooking liquid stuffs. I can imagine the liquid rolling off the pan and making a mess of the whole kitchen.
