On the 9th of November, Hunan Province's children hospital received a unique case for its intensive care unit - a new born baby with both legs "glued" together that resembles the body of a mermaid. Furthermore, this cute infant does not have an anus or any reproductive organ - a result of the hypoplasia, which causes great concern as the infant could not be fed and hence his/her body is currently very weak.
