Chair made from human hair

ChairRonald Thompson, a 49-year-old, has come up with an incredible invention -- eco-friendly material from hair that could replace products such as fiberglass. Under development is a new range of chairs made from this new material.

Ronald is looking at extending his hairy range to applications including structural beams, shoes ā€“ and even mascara. ā€œI know some people think Iā€™m bonkers, but products like fibreglass are damaging the environment and we need to look at alternatives,ā€ he said.
