
Michales has a tutorial on his flickr site which teaches you how to make green eggs and ham with artificial food colouring. The results look pretty “alien”. For the eggs, if you prefer not to use artificial colouring, you can use the juice from cooked red cabbage by pouring it over a frying egg and the egg white will turn green too. New Scientists have an explanation for this phenomenon.
