Other than the wire strings, this musical instrument called harpsichord is made entirely from 100,000 interlocking LEGO plastic bricks and related pieces. This fully functional instrument which was created and built by Henry Lim weighs approximately 68 kg. The project took two years of theorizing, designing, collecting parts, building, testing, and rebuilding. You can listen to a sample of the LEGO Harpsichord after the jump.
