
Shrine pavilions are reflected on a huge seawater screen near the illuminated grand gate Otorii of the world heritage Itsukushima Shinto Shrine in Miyajima, near Hiroshima, western Japan Wednesday, Dec. 6, 2006, to mark the 10th anniversary of entry to the World Heritage. The screen, measuring 40 meters wide and 18 meters high, was created by splashing 5 tons of seawater per minute through a nozzle on a boat.
