Public Toilets for Doggies
Most of us have the common problem of finding a suitable public area as a toilet for our beloved dogs to do their stuff. However, a man in HeNan, China was so upset with this problem that he made a public toilet for dogs! I wonder if it's a Gents or Ladies, and where's the door for more privacy?
