A Taiwanese guy had his left arm maimed due to a traffic accident 10 years ago. Initially, he used only his right hand to drive around but subsequently managed to train himself to use his right foot as well. After a couple of months, he was in complete control of his bike - such as talking while driving and even lying down on his seat to drive and maneuver his bike! Many have even seen him speeding along the streets with his dog sitting obediently behind him.

Mr Hong jokes that he was once stopped by a traffic police who had problems issuing a speeding ticket due to Mr Hong's "unique case". He also commented that police should be trained to ride using their legs so as enable them to fire more accurately when chasing crooks!

He now plans to raise funds for the handicapped by touring round Taiwan in a week.
