Window that transforms into a balcony

Dutch architects Hofman Dujardin designed this cool window frame called Bloomframe. In addition to acting as a window, it also unfolds into a balcony. Its innovative design gives the possibility of maximizing the floor space of an apartment. Watch the demonstration video.
