World's largest fruit shortcake

This giant strawberry shaped fruit shortcake has entered the Guinness World Record as the largest fruit shortcake in the world. Philippine President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo was seen cutting it during her visit to La Trinidad in Benguet Province north of Manila on 19 March 2007.
