Mark Jenkins is an American street artist who creates realistic human sculptures made from normal tape and dresses them up with clothes and shoes, making them even more realistic!
He places them in various positions on the streets, and records the reactions of the people passing bye. If they are setup in the middle of the night, they will probably scare the living daylights out of you!
