This "El grifo mágico." Magic tap appears to float in the air with an endless supply of water. In reality, there is a pipe hidden in the stream of water.
I remember seeing a smaller version like this in Spencers Gifts with neon lights a few years ago, the larger version does look more elegant but it's not necessarily a new idea. :)
