Puppy & Duckling
A Chinese family's pet puppy and duckling have become very friendly in the city of Zibo, located in the eastern part of China's Shangdong province.
The owner said she bought the duck two weeks ago for her child to play with. The puppy was found abandoned by the owner's father -- who took mercy on it and took it in as a pet.
Soon afterwards, the owner was astonished to discover that the duck would stick to the puppy's side like glue. Now the two are inseparable -- playing, eating and even sunbathing together.

Cat & Chicks
The cat has allowed a group of newborn chicks to live with her and her four kittens in a cardboard box.
It appears the cat has even begun to treat the chicks as her own offspring, carefully carrying them in her jaws when they stray too far from the 'nest'.
