Mr Lu's wife bought some pork from a supermarket, but she never expected it to shine in the dark!
Mrs Lu had stir-fried and cooked a portion of the meat and left the surplus meat on the kitchen cutting board.
Mr Lu from Jiangsu, China made this discovery before dawn at 4 o'clock while he was on his way to the toilet near the kitchen. He noticed some blue light on the cutting board which resembled the light of a fluorescence stick. At first he couldn't believe his eyes, and hence he woke his wife and child up who reassured him that the pork was emitting blue light.
