The Mario cake to end all Mario cakes
University Student, Su-Yin, has put together the Mario cake to end all Mario cakes. Created for a friend's birthday, this masterpiece took two weeks of brainstorming and three days to complete the order, but it looks too pretty to be eaten!

This is a beautiful cake! I am planning on making a variation of this cake for my son's birthday. Can you tell me what you used to get such intense colors? Also are you using marzipan or fondant?
