My neighbor came to me about this project and I jumped right in. I used my plasma cutter to gut the block and head. I have about 16 hours into this and welding the grates, making the Chevy emblem, welding the zoomies, removing the Chevy catalytic converter and fabricating the hinges. Trent has a lot of time into it also. Just wait, the fire will be coming out of it soon. It’s been a fun project.
