Steak out at butcher shop

MeatCarnivorous thieves have stolen around $7000 worth of meat from a butcher shop in a possible ram-raid.

Police said an Adelaide butcher arrived at his shop just before 5.30am (AEST) to find the rear doors to the building had been forced open.

Inside, he discovered the cool room had been “cleaned out” of $7000 worth of meat.

Some cash and equipment were also stolen.

Police found broken pieces of tail-lights on the ground near the doors of the Belair business and said it “appears as though a car may have been used to force the doors open”.

Maybe I should start locking up my refrigerator?
