kamal al Masry buried in the sandEgyptian kamal al Masry, 50, is buried during the hottest time of the day in the sand of El Dakrror Mountain area, popular for sand treatment during this time of the year on Aug 18, 2007. The people of Siwa believe that the sand around the mountain area, southwest of Siwa Oasis and 467 miles (752 km) west of Cairo, has treatment power that aids in curing rheumatism, joint pain and sexual weakness.
