Baked Beans Diet Helps Man Shed 38 Kilos!
A 21-stone (133kg) man from Suffolk, Britain, claims he lost six stone (38kg) in six months by eating a diet of baked beans.
James Skeates, of Haverhill, ate two cans of baked beans for lunch each day, straight from the can.
Mr Skeates says the high fibre diet helped him to reach his target weight of 15st (95kg).
The 28-year-old carpenter said: "Eating them out of the tin is easier than making sandwiches and it really fills me up."
