The home was literally cut lengthwise from inside with a saw through siding, drywall, windows and doors.
Rodney Rogers, 66, claims he made an agreement with his friends, the Bowers, to buy the house they were building when it was completed.
Rogers lived in the home while the final renovations were made. He said he agreed to pay the friends in cash.
However, after the house was completed, the Bowers wouldn’t give Rogers the title and would not give him a price for the home, police said.
According to his family, Rogers lost patience with the builders and sawed the house in half.
