John Lennon Photograph Uncovered

John LennonThis is what John Lennon (right) looks like during his teenage years. The 17-year-old Beatles legend is accompanied by the band's manager his friend Nigel Walley. The photo, taken in 1958 and locked away in a cupboard for almost 50 years, emerged after an anonymous Beatles collector who bought the image at auction came forward.

Yes, I made a mistake... But the person in the photo really is Nigel Walley.

Nigel Walley was actually the manager of the band Quarrymen in 1958, a band that John Lennon played in before he joined the Beatles. He was also a good friend of Lennon.

That's right, I think he made up business cards for the Quarrymen. Great photo find.
