Bird 'Doing Chin-ups'
This brawny blue tit must have been left with lovely peck-toral muscles after his workout. The bird had grabbed a branch while waiting patiently for his turn on a feeder. An eagle-eyed photographer captured the tit’s exertions on Forestry Commission land near Farnborough, Hants. Source: The Sun
