This is Scooter the cute Chihuahua, who is having a wheel of a time. The tiny dog has no rear legs so she is forced to get around using a wheelchair. The two-legged hound was born with crippled back legs and left at a shelter to be put down. However, a woman in Ohio with a soft spot for wounded animals took her in.Source: Metro
