Rocket vs Bulletproof Glass

Is a modern day rocket capable of penetrating bullet proof glass? Let’s find out. The video clip above which was aired recently in Japan shows a team positioned 100 meters away and firing a Soviet-build RPG-7 at a target made up of a panel of bulletproof glass with a thickness of 5cm. As expected, the rocket punched right through the glass.

Now take a look at the video clip below where another bullet-proof glass is being targeted. This time round, the thickness of the glass was increased to 10cm. Amazingly, the rocket failed to penetrate it. However, if you plan on using this glass, don’t stand too close to it. The shock of the rocket hitting the glass was enough to rip the dummy’s arm off.
