Yesterday, I posted on a reptile cake. Here’s another one which was the highlight of the Taiwan cake show. This giant chocolate Swiss roll weighing 400kg (881.8 lbs) was made from a 90m (295.3 ft) long sponge cake. The show will run through Sunday in Exhibition Hall 2 at the Taipei World Trade Center. More than 120 companies with 300 booths are taking part in the four-day exhibition.
